Gabriel Kalala and Tyree Sheffield secure win for Inspired Vision

Recap: Inspired Vision EAGLES vs. Alcuin Hawks
The Inspired Vision EAGLES had to endure a three-game losing streak, but that streak is no more. They rang in the new year with a 60-51 win over Alcuin on Friday. The victory was just what Inspired Vision needed coming off of a 71-28 loss in their prior game.
Inspired Vision was led to victory by Gabriel Kalala and Tyree Sheffield. Kalala scored 22 points, while Sheffield scored 32 points. That makes it six consecutive games in which Sheffield has scored at least 25% of Inspired Vision's points.
Inspired Vision's win bumped their record up to 4-13. As for Alcuin, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 2-5.
Inspired Vision and Atlas Prep will face off at 12:30 p.m. on January 6th without much rest after finishing up games yesterday. Alcuin won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Uplift Elevate Prep at 11:00 a.m. on January 6th. Uplift Elevate Prep is hoping to put an end to a five-game streak of away losses.
