Hortonville kept up with Winneconne until halftime on Saturday, but afterwards: not so much. Wolves put the hurt on the Polar Bears with a sharp 3-0 win. The result was nothing new for Winneconne, who have now won eight matches by three goals or more so far this season.

Suri Hottmann and Harper Neace scored all three of Winneconne's goals, bringing their combined season tally to 33 goals.

Winneconne's victory was their third straight on the road, which pushed their record up to 13-2. The road wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they scored 19 goals over those three contests. As for Hortonville, they are on a four-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 0-4-1.

Looking ahead, Winneconne will welcome Seymour at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday. Hortonville does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
