David Lindlow Game Report: vs North Newton

Wheeler was sadly handed a defeat on Saturday, but David Lindlow did his best to prevent it. Lindlow pitched five innings while giving up just two earned (and one unearned) runs off five hits. The effort marked the fewest earned runs he has had over his last four contests.

Even though Lindlow couldn't lead Wheeler over North Newton, he won't have to wait long to try again: the teams have a rematch scheduled at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. The Bearcats haven't beaten the Spartans recently, having gone 0-9 since April of 2019.
