Lafayette is a perfect 8-0 against West Point since December of 2017 and they'll have a chance to extend that dominance on Tuesday. The Commodores will take on the Green Wave in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. Neither squad made it on the board the last time they hit the pitch, so they've probably got a bit of extra motivation.

Lafayette is probably headed into the contest with a chip on their shoulder considering Kosciusko just ended the team's five-match winning streak on Saturday. The two teams finished up on equal footing with a 0-0 draw. The result kept Lafayette happy, as they haven't lost a game since November 17th.

Meanwhile, West Point came up short against Kemper County on Saturday, falling 4-1.

Lafayette's draw gives them a new season record of 7-4-1. As for West Point, their defeat dropped their record down to 1-8.

Everything went Lafayette's way against West Point in their previous matchup back in January, as Lafayette made off with a 7-0 victory. The rematch might be a little tougher for the Commodores since the team won't have the home-pitch advantage this time around. We'll see if the change in venue makes a difference.
