They really took it to the Colonial Heights Colonials for the full four quarters, racking up a 49-13 victory on the road. The game was all but wrapped up at the end of the third, by which point the Blue Devils had established a 22 point advantage.
Cam Hunt was his usual excellent self, rushing for 183 yards and three touchdowns while picking up 10.2 yards per carry. Cornelius Cooke was in the mix too, providing Hopewell with two touchdowns.
Perhaps unsurprisingly given the score, Hopewell was unstoppable on the ground and finished the game with 243 rushing yards. That's the most rushing yards they've managed all season.
