Basketball Recap: Desert Ridge Comes Up Short + How To Watch

Desert Ridge lost against Casteel back in December of 2024 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Jaguars took a 70-58 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Colts. The Jaguars have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Desert Ridge's defeat dropped their record down to 5-4. As for Casteel, the victory (which was their third in a row) raised their record to 5-2.

Coming up, Desert Ridge won't have much time to rest: their next game is against Corona del Sol at 7:00 p.m. on Friday. Casteel will take on Eastmark in a holiday battle at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The Colts' defense better be ready for this one: the Firebirds have averaged an impressive 53.6 points per game this season.
