Basketball Recap: Hamilton Comes Up Short

Hamilton suffered their closest defeat since December 29, 2025 on Tuesday. They fell just short of the Allentown Redbirds by a score of 50-48. If the Hornets were looking for revenge after losing 60-51 to the Redbirds when the teams met back in January of 2024, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Hamilton has also traveled a rocky road recently, having lost four of their last five matchups. That's put a noticeable dent in their 6-10 record this season. As for Allentown, the win got them back to even at 7-7.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. Hamilton is set to challenge their familiar foe West Windsor-Plainsboro South at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday. Meanwhile, Allentown will square off against rival Princeton Day at 5:30 p.m. on Thursday.
