Basketball Recap: Whittemore-Prescott Takes a Loss

Whittemore-Prescott lost against Alcona back in January, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Thursday. The Whittemore-Prescott Cardinals took a 39-30 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Alcona Tigers. The Cardinals have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

Whittemore-Prescott's record is now 5-15. As for Alcona, their win ended a four-game drought on the road and puts them at 4-15.

Looking ahead, a feisty cat fight will be fought as the Cardinals challenge the Cougars at 6:00 p.m. on Monday. As for Alcona, they will square off against Fairview at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
