Kings Christian barely beat Riverdale Christian the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Crusaders put the hurt on the Ambassadors with a sharp 3-0 win on Tuesday. The Crusaders haven't had any issues with the Ambassadors recently, as the game was their ninth consecutive victory against them.

Kings Christian walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the second set). The match finished with set scores of 25-16, 25-11, 25-17.

Avery Mathis paced Kings Christian's offense, picking up ten kills. Mathis got some help from Bobbi Vickers and her 11 assists. Mathis was also solid from the service line: she led the team with five aces.

Kings Christian's victory bumped their record up to 10-11. As for Riverdale Christian, they are on an eight-game losing streak (dating back to last season) that has dropped them down to 0-7.

Kings Christian didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 3-1 loss against Legacy Christian Academy on the 9th. As for Riverdale Christian, they also wasted no time getting back out on the court and have already played their next contest, a 3-1 defeat against Alpaugh on the 9th.
