Cowan barely beat Daleville the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Blackhawks put the hurt on the Broncos with a sharp  13-3 victory on Tuesday. The  win was some much needed relief for the Blackhawks as it spelled an end to their six-game losing streak.
 Savannah Hall was a  major factor no matter where she played. She  struck out six batters over  five innings while giving up just one earned  (and two unearned) runs off   four  hits. Hall was also stellar in the batter's box,  going 2-for-3 with one  home run, three  runs,  and three  RBI. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in April.
 In other batting news,  the team  relied heavily on  Madison Norris, who  went 2-for-3 with one  home run, four  RBI,  and two  runs. That's the most  RBI  she has posted since back in April. Another player making a difference was  Emma Jones, who  went 2-for-3 with two  runs and one  RBI.
 Cowan  always had someone on base and  finished the game having  posted an OBP of .571. They easily outclassed their opponents in that department as Daleville only posted  an  OBP of  .200.
Cowan's record now sits at 7-14. As for Daleville,  they are  on  a  five-game losing streak  that has dropped them down to 13-8.
 Looking ahead, Cowan will be playing in front of their home fans against Wes-Del  at 5:00  p.m.  on Thursday. As for Daleville, they will face off against Northeastern at 5:00  p.m.  on Wednesday. The Broncos' pitchers better be ready for this one: the Knights have averaged an impressive 8.6  runs per game this season.
