After a string of five wins, Community Christian's good fortune finally ran out on Monday. They had to suffer through a 69-39 loss at the hands of the St. Mary Vikings. While losing is never fun, the Warriors can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Kentucky basketball rankings (they are ranked 208th in Kentucky, while the Vikings are ranked 64th in Kentucky).

Community Christian's loss dropped their record down to 9-9. As for St. Mary, they are on a roll lately: they've won seven of their last eight matches. That's provided a nice bump to their 22-7 record this season.

Community Christian does not have any more games scheduled as of now. As for St. Mary, they have already played their next contest, a 70-64 defeat against Paducah Tilghman on the 27th.
