Faith Christian (Yuba City, Calif.) junior went over 60 twice this season.

Though her season ended with a playoff loss in late February, Audrey Harris of Faith Christian (Yuba City, Calif.) remaining at the top of the national high school girls basketball scoring leaderboard is a safe bet.

The 5-foot-8 junior averaged 46.3 points per game this season, going for a season-high 65 in an early February loss to Valley Christian (Roseville). Harris went for 62 more against the same team in her final game of the 2021-22 campaign.

In addition to her scoring exploits, Harris tallied 15.4 rebounds, 4.2 steals and 3.2 assists per game, leading the small school Lions to a 16-11 record.

According to statistics submitted to MaxPreps, Harris is one of two players nationally to average 40 points per game or more. The other is Georgia Tech commitment Nicole Melious of Wagner (Staten Island), who broke the state of New York's single season scoring record and will have another season next year to build on his resume.
