Volleyball Preview: Reed Raiders vs. Reno Huskies
Reed is 0-10 against Reno since March of 2021 but things could change on Thursday. The Raiders will face off against the Huskies at 6:00 p.m. The two teams are sauntering into the matchup backed by comfortable wins in their prior games.
Reed took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Tuesday. They put the hurt on North Valleys with a sharp 3-0 win. The Raiders haven't had any issues with the Panthers recently, as the game was their eighth consecutive victory against them.
Reed walked away with the win (and looked especially good in the first set). The match finished with set scores of 25-10, 25-17, 25-16.

Reed can attribute much of their success to Cathleen 'Kat' Molino, who had ten digs and four aces. That's the most aces Molino has posted since back in August. Devyn Christian also deserves some recognition as she served her first aces of the season.
Meanwhile, Reno got the win against Hug on Thursday by a conclusive 3-0.
Once all was said and done, the final score wound up at 25-10, 25-17, 25-7.
Reed's record now sits at 14-10. As for Reno, their record is now 11-6.
