Baseball Game Preview: Trinity Trojans vs. Normandy Invaders

The Trinity Trojans will take on the Normandy Invaders at 5:00 p.m. on Wednesday. Normandy took a loss in their last match and will be looking to turn the tables on Trinity, who comes in off a win.

Trinity is looking to give their home crowd another W after opening their season at home back in February. They skirted past Young 7-6.

Meanwhile, Normandy was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their fifth straight loss dating back to last season. They came up short against Dover, falling 6-0.

Normandy got a good showing from Evan Lucas, who struck out six batters over four innings while giving up just two earned runs off four hits (and only one walk).

At the plate, Normandy saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Victor Reyes, who went 2-for-4 with one double. Those two hits gave Reyes a new career-high.
