Baseball Recap: Indian Springs Wins Going Away Against Huffman

Indian Springs never let their opponents score on Tuesday. Everything went their way against the Huffman Vikings as the Indian Springs Student made off with a 12-0 victory. The high-flying hitting performance was a huge turnaround for the Student considering their one-run performance the game before.

Dylan Heald was a standout: he scored two runs and stole two bases while going 2-for-3. The team also got some help courtesy of Will Dunn, who scored three runs and stole three bases while going 1-for-3.

The win got Indian Springs back to even at 1-1. As for Huffman, their defeat was their first of the season and makes their record 4-1.

Coming up, Indian Springs will be playing in front of their home fans against Jefferson Christian Academy at 5:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Huffman, they will square off against Fultondale at 5:00 p.m. on Friday.
