Baseball Recap: Blue Earth Buccaneers vs. Jackson County Central Huskies

Blue Earth extended their losing streak to eight on Tuesday, dropping their season record down to 1-9 in the process. They lost 11-2 to the Jackson County Central Huskies. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Huskies this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 10-0 on April 8th.

Blue Earth saw three different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Myles Moore, who went 2-for-3 with one stolen base, one run, and one double.

As for Jackson County Central, with the victory, they broke their five-game losing streak and moved their record to 2-6. Their hitters stepped up their game for this one, as that was the most runs they've scored all season.

On Jackson County Central's side, Gage Johnson made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out ten batters over four innings while giving up just one earned run off three hits. Johnson was also big at the plate, going 2-for-3 with three runs, one double, and one RBI.
