Football Recap: Morrison Wildcats vs. Regent Prep
After only 12 points in their last match, Morrison made sure to put some points up on the board against Regent Prep on Friday. The Wildcats put the hurt on Regent Prep with a sharp 43-21 victory. The high-scoring performance was a welcome turnaround for the Wildcats' offense, which had struggled in the games prior.
Several Regent Prep players turned in solid performances despite ultimately coming up short. Perhaps the best among those players was Brody Smith, who threw for 334 yards and one touchdown, and also punched in a pair of scores on the ground. 159 of Smith's passing yards were hauled in by Freddy Calvani.
