Basketball Game Preview: Jemison Panthers vs. Billingsley Bears + How To Watch

Jemison has gone a perfect 7-0 against Billingsley recently and they'll look to pad the win column further on Tuesday. Having just played yesterday, the Panthers will get right back to it and host the Bears at 6:00 p.m. Billingsley took a loss in their last contest and will be looking to turn the tables on Jemison, who comes in off a win.

While Jemison's win against Dallas County wasn't quite the blowout it was the last time the pair played, they still came out on top. The Panthers sure made it a nail-biter, but they managed to escape with a 43-41 victory over the Hornets on Monday. The win continues a trend for the Panthers in their matchups with the Hornets: they've now won four in a row.

Trinity Bean was a one-woman wrecking crew as she almost dropped a double-double with 26 points and nine steals. Those nine steals gave her a new career-high. Caiana Lucas was another key player, putting up six points in addition to five boards and five steals.

Meanwhile, Billingsley lost to Thorsby on the road by a 51-34 margin on Friday.

Jemison now has a winning record of 2-1. As for Billingsley, their loss dropped their record down to 1-1.

Jemison didn't have too much breathing room in their game against Billingsley in their previous matchup back in December of 2023, but they still walked away with a 41-35 victory.
