Soccer Recap: Fergus Falls Comes Up Short

Tuesday just wasn't the day for Fergus Falls's offense. They lost 10-0 to the St. Cloud Cathedral Crusaders on Tuesday. While losing is never fun, Fergus Falls can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Minnesota soccer rankings (they are ranked 158th, while St. Cloud Cathedral are ranked 34th).

Fergus Falls' loss dropped their record down to 2-10. As for St. Cloud Cathedral, they pushed their record up to 20-4-2 with the victory, which was their fifth straight at home.

Coming up, Fergus Falls will host Albany at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday. As for St. Cloud Cathedral, they wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next matchup, a 2-1 win against Monticello on the 30th.
