Football Recap: Shaler Area Comes Up Short

Shaler Area lost against Woodland Hills back in September of 2024, and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Titans had to suffer through a 41-7 loss at the hands of the Wolverines. The matchup marked the Titans' lowest-scoring game so far this season.

Shaler Area dropped their record down to 1-4 with the loss, which was their fourth straight on the road dating back to last season. As for Woodland Hills, the victory made it two in a row for them and bumps their season record up to 3-2.

Both teams are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Shaler Area will host Penn Hills at 1:30 p.m. on Saturday. As for Woodland Hills, they will challenge Greater Latrobe at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
