Football Recap: Baldwin Starts off Right with Win over Orange Park

Baldwin took care of business in their home opener on Tuesday. They walked away with a 13-0 win over the Orange Park Raiders.

Charlotte Minnon was the offensive standout of the matchup as she threw for 103 yards and two touchdowns, and also rushed for 72 yards. The dominant performance gave her a new career-high in rushing yards.

Baldwin didn't go easy on the quarterback and picked off two passes before the game was over. The picks came courtesy of Minnon and Brooke Picus.

Both teams will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Baldwin will hit the road for the first time this season to take on Englewood at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. As for Orange Park, they will head out to face off against Keystone Heights at 6:30 p.m. on Friday.
