Basketball Recap: Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna Has No Trouble Against Newport

After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Freeman, Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna was happy to have turned things around on Saturday. They enjoyed a cozy 71-53 victory over the Newport Grizzlies. The high-flying offensive performance was a huge turnaround for the Broncos considering their 24-point performance the matchup before.

Lind-Ritzville/Sprague/Washtucna has been performing well recently as they've won three of their last four games, which provided a massive bump to their 9-14 record this season. The wins came thanks in part to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 55.3 points over those games. As for Newport, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-20.
