Roosevelt is 0-10 against Washburn since April of 2017 but things could change on Monday. The Teddies will welcome the Millers at 4:00 p.m. Roosevelt will be strutting in after a win while Washburn will be coming in after a loss.
Roosevelt took a loss when they played away from home on Thursday, but their home fans gave them all the motivation they needed on Friday. Everything went their way against Camden as they made off with an 11-1 victory.
Milo Hudalla made a big impact while hitting and pitching. He looked comfortable on the mound, striking out six batters over 3.2 innings while giving up just one earned run off four hits. Those six strikeouts gave him a new career-high. He was also big at the plate, going 1-for-3 with two runs and one stolen base.

In other batting news, Hunter Holst was excellent, getting on base in all four of his plate appearances with three runs and one RBI. The dominant performance also gave him a new career-high in hits (two).
Roosevelt always had someone on base and finished the game having posted an OBP of .533. That's the best OBP they've posted all season.
Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Washburn's good fortune finally ran out on Friday. They took a 7-4 hit to the loss column at the hands of Owatonna.
Washburn also got a good showing from Teddy Page, who pitched 3.2 innings while giving up no earned runs off two hits.
On the hitting side, Otto McDill was cooking despite his team's loss, going 2-for-4 with two runs, one triple, and one double. Another player making a difference was Jackson Karn, who went 1-for-3 with one triple, one stolen base, and one run.
Roosevelt's win bumped their record up to 6-9. As for Washburn, their defeat dropped their record down to 6-3.
