After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Highland Tech, Piedmont Community Charter was happy to have turned things around on Monday. Their defense stepped up to hand the Sugar Creek Charter Wildcats a 9-0 shutout. The result was nothing new for Piedmont Community Charter, who have now won six matchups by three goals or more so far this season.

Piedmont Community Charter's win bumped their record up to 6-7-1. As for Sugar Creek Charter, they are on a six-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 1-6.
