Basketball Recap: Make It Two in a Row for Western Dubuque

Western Dubuque won against Marion on Thursday with 68 points and they decided to stick to that point total again on Thursday. The Western Dubuque Bobcats beat Marion/Newton Christian Academy by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 68-60. The victory made it back-to-back wins for the Bobcats.

Western Dubuque's victory bumped their record up to 6-12. As for Marion/Newton Christian Academy, their defeat ended a three-game streak of wins at home and dropped them to 4-6.

Coming up, Western Dubuque will face off against Waterloo West at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Marion/Newton Christian Academy, they will welcome Independence at 7:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
