Softball Game Preview: Bentworth Bearcats vs. McGuffey Highlanders

The Bentworth Bearcats will take on the McGuffey Highlanders at 4:15 p.m. on Thursday. Bentworth will come into the matchup with an undefeated record on the line.

Bentworth took a 14-run loss the last time they faced off against Waynesburg Central, but this time they managed to keep it close and that made all the difference. The Bearcats beat the Raiders on Wednesday by the very same score they won with in their prior game: 2-1.

McGuffey's defeat dropped their record down to 6-4. As for Bentworth, their victory bumped their record up to 12-0.
