Levi Murphey Goes Supernova in Westminster Schools of Augusta Win

Levi Murphey was instrumental in extending Westminster Schools of Augusta's winning streak to 13 on Friday. Murphey turned in nothing short of a gem, throwing for 301 yards and three touchdowns, while also rushing for 60 yards and two touchdowns on only seven carries. He is on a roll when it comes to passing touchdowns, as he's now passed for three or more in the last nine games he's played dating back to last season.

Murphey must have Westminster Christian Academy's number; he was a force to be reckoned with the last time he faced them too. When Murphey last faced the Lions back in October of 2023, he threw for 332 yards and four touchdowns on only 16 passes, and also punched in a touchdown on the ground.

Charlie Grinalds and Co. Win 13th in a Row

Westminster Schools of Augusta picked up their 13th consecutive win on Friday thanks in part to Charlie Grinalds. Grinalds turned in nothing short of a gem, making four total tackles.

Levi Ketterman Turns in Another Game with at Least 110 Receiving Yards

Levi Ketterman was instrumental in extending Westminster Schools of Augusta's winning streak to 13 on Friday. Ketterman's receiving production has been exceptional recently as that marked his third straight game with at least 110 receiving yards dating back to last season. His longest reception was for an incredible 73 yards.

On the season, Ketterman has averaged 7 total tackles per game. That doesn't tell the whole story though: at this point last year, he was only averaging 1.4 rushing yards per game. This year he is averaging 11.6 rushing yards.

While Covenant Academy might've come up empty on Friday, Seth Daugherty wasn't going down without a fight. Nobody could stop Daugherty as he picked up 69 receiving yards and a touchdown.

Covenant Academy now has a losing record at 3-4. Daugherty and Covenant Academy will venture away from home to square off against Harvester Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on Friday.

Westin Robinson Makes It Two for Covenant Academy

Keeping Daugherty company is Westin Robinson, a fellow Covenant Academy player. He picked up 64 receiving yards and a touchdown. He was no stranger to the big play, cutting upfield on a catch that went for 60 yards.

On the season, Robinson has averaged 32.7 rushing yards per game.
