Soccer Recap: South Tama County Takes a Loss

South Tama County was not able to break out of their rough patch on Monday as the team picked up their eighth straight defeat. They lost 8-0 to the BCLUW Comets. While losing is never fun, South Tama County can't take it too hard given the team's big disadvantage in MaxPreps' Iowa soccer rankings (they are ranked 200th, while BCLUW are ranked 70th).

South Tama County's loss dropped their record down to 0-16-1. As for BCLUW, they pushed their record up to 7-3-2 with the victory, which was their third straight on the road.

South Tama County has already played their next game, a 5-0 defeat against Iowa Valley on the 6th. As for BCLUW, they also wasted no time getting back out on the pitch and have already played their next contest, a 1-0 win against Des Moines North on the 6th.
