Soccer Game Preview: Legacy vs. Cimarron-Memorial

The Legacy Longhorns will venture away from home to challenge the Cimarron-Memorial Spartans at 6:45 p.m. on Tuesday.

Legacy is probably headed into the match with a chip on their shoulder considering Palo Verde just ended the team's three-match winning streak on Wednesday. They lost 10-0 to the Panthers. Considering the last time Legacy couldn't score was back in September, the team can't take the result too hard.

Meanwhile, after failing to score in their last matchup, Cimarron-Memorial made sure to put some goals up on the board against Mojave on Wednesday. They put the hurt on the Rattlers with a sharp 6-0 win. Considering Cimarron-Memorial have won ten contests by more than three goals this season, Wednesday's blowout was nothing new.

They hit Mojave with a four-pronged attack, as the team got scores from Alexa Alvarenga (2), Lauren Raugust (2), Aydaana Nana Franco, and Rebecca Gonzalez.

Cimarron-Memorial's victory bumped their record up to 12-4-1. As for Legacy, their loss dropped their record down to 6-3-1.
