Softball Game Preview: Blanco Panthers vs. Navarro Panthers

We've got a battle between Panthers coming up. Blanco will be looking to extend their current nine-game winning streak.

Blanco will bounce into Tuesday's contest after beating Wimberley, who they had gone 1-7 against in their eight prior meetings. Blanco had just enough and edged out Wimberley 8-7.

Meanwhile, Navarro can bid farewell to their nine-game losing streak dating back to last season thanks to their game on Friday. They put the hurt on Llano with a sharp 19-7 victory. The high-scoring effort was just what the Panthers needed considering they were shut out in their previous game.

Navarro's first win this season bumped their record up to 1-7. As for Blanco, their victory was their seventh straight at home dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 12-2.

Blanco skirted past Navarro 8-6 in their previous matchup back in February of 2024. Will Blanco repeat their success, or does Navarro have a new game plan this time around? We'll find out soon enough.
