Basketball Recap: Milton Takes a Loss

Milton was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their ninth straight loss dating back to last season. They lost 64-40 to the Northwest Area Rangers. The Black Panthers were probably out for revenge after losing 55-45 to them when the teams met back in December of 2022, then they'll just have to keep looking.

Milton's defeat dropped their record down to 0-2. As for Northwest Area, their win was their 12th straight on the road dating back to last season, which pushed their record up to 2-1.

Milton wasted no time getting back out on the court and has already played their next contest, a 52-49 victory against Central Mountain on the 7th. As for Northwest Area, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next matchup, a 64-51 loss against Warrior Run on the 7th.
