After having lost a blowout in their previous game against Williston-Elko, Calhoun County was happy to have turned things around on Monday. They skirted past the Swansea Tigers 3-2. For those keeping track at home, that's the closest win the Saints have posted since October 8, 2024.

Calhoun County wouldn't go down easily and took Swansea into a fifth set where they got it done with a three-point win. The match finished with set scores of 25-21, 25-18, 22-25, 15-25, 15-12.

Calhoun County's win was the result of several impressive offensive performances. One of the most notable came from Tyera Wannamaker, who had 16 digs and three assists.

Calhoun County was lethal from the service line and finished the game with 12 aces. That strong performance was nothing new for the team: they've now served at least 11 aces in four consecutive matchups.
