Volleyball Recap: Mcnair Extends Winning Streak to Four

McNair came tearing into Wednesday's matchup with three straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. Everything went their way against the Chavez Titans as they made off with a 3-0 win. That's the second time they've managed to beat them this season, as they also won 3-0 back in September.

The final score came out to 25-17, 25-18, 25-21.

Zaideh Tapia paced McNair's offense, picking up 18 kills. Tapia got some help from Gracie Solorio and her 29 assists. Natalie Siador and Raelynn Guerzo-Gonzales kept things locked in from the service line: the pair finished with two aces apiece.

McNair's victory bumped their record up to 12-9. As for Chavez, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 3-21.

We've got plenty of inter-league action coming up soon. McNair will take on rival Edison at 6:30 p.m. on Monday. Meanwhile, Chavez is set to face off against their familiar foe Weston Ranch at 6:30 p.m. on Monday.
