Baseball Recap: Seminole Seminoles vs. Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs
Seminole was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their 13th straight loss. They were a single run away from ending the streak, but they lost a 14-13 heartbreaker at the hands of the Flagler Palm Coast Bulldogs. The result was an unpleasant reminder to the Seminoles of the 5-2 defeat they experienced in the pair's previous head-to-head fixture back in March of 2024.
Jadenlee Echavarria and Noah Johnson stepped up to the plate in a big way. Echavarria scored a run and stole a base while getting on base in four of his six plate appearances, while Johnson went 2-for-6 with one home run and two runs. Brandon Simms was another key player, scoring three runs while getting on base in three of his six plate appearances.
