After a string of five wins, St. John's Christian Academy's good fortune finally ran out on Tuesday. They took a 3-1 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Patrick Henry Academy Patriots. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Patriots this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 3-1 on September 9th.

While St. John's Christian Academy ultimately came up short, they really made Patrick Henry Academy work, particularly in the second set. The final score came out to 25-22, 27-25, 23-25, 25-20.

St. John's Christian Academy's loss dropped their record down to 11-5. As for Patrick Henry Academy, the victory (which was their fourth in a row) raised their record to 12-2.
