Brooks wasn't the only one working in the assists department: South View was working as a unit and finished the game with 18 assists. That's the most assists they've posted since back in January.

Meanwhile, the third road matchup was the charm for Jack Britt, as they earned their first road win of the season. They walked away with a 52-44 win over Douglas Byrd on Friday.

South View has been performing well recently as they've won four of their last five contests, which provided a nice bump to their 5-2 record this season. The wins came thanks to their offensive performance across that stretch, as they averaged 53.0 points per game. As for Jack Britt, the victory was their first on the road , bumping their record up to 2-4.

Everything went South View's way against Jack Britt when the teams last played back in February, as South View made off with a 46-22 win. One of the biggest obstacles trying to stand in the way of that victory was Jack Britt's Zahara Gerald, who dropped a double-double on 18 points and ten boards.
