Cache had already won two in a row (a stretch where they outscored their opponents by an average of 13.5 points) and they went ahead and made it three on Thursday. They enjoyed a cozy 60-42 win over the Pauls Valley Panthers. While the Bulldogs didn't have the best season last year (they finished 9-17), it's starting to look like those struggles are a thing of the past.

Cache's victory bumped their record up to 5-2. As for Pauls Valley, this is the second loss in a row for them and nudges their season record down to 1-3.

Coming up, Cache will head out on the road to face off against Comanche at 8:00 p.m. on the 16th. As for Pauls Valley, they will challenge Purcell at 8:00 p.m. on Tuesday.
