Volleyball Game Preview: St. Cloud Tech Tigers vs. Annandale Cardinals

The St. Cloud Tech Tigers will face off against the Annandale Cardinals at 7:00 p.m. on Tuesday. The two teams are strolling into their matches after big wins in their previous games.

St. Cloud Tech barely beat Detroit Lakes the last time the pair played, but that sure wasn't the case this time around. The Tigers blew past the Lakers 3-0 on Thursday. The win continues a trend for the Tigers in their matchups with the Lakers: they've now won three in a row.

Meanwhile, it can be hard to translate regular season success to the playoffs, but Annandale had no problem doing just that on Thursday. They put the hurt on the Bulldogs with a sharp 3-0 victory. The Cardinals not only won on Thursday, but they posted their biggest win since September 30th (when they won 3-0).

The match finished with set scores of 25-13, 25-9, 25-17.

St. Cloud Tech's win bumped their record up to 19-5. As for Annandale, their victory bumped their record up to 20-6.
