Basketball Recap: Providence Classical Christian Takes a Loss

Providence Classical Christian was not able to break out of their rough patch on Friday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They took a 64-51 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Milledgeville Athletic Club Bears. The Warriors were down 56-32 at the end of the third quarter, which was just too much to recover from.

Providence Classical Christian's defeat dropped their record down to 8-11. As for Milledgeville Athletic Club, the win keeps them at an undefeated 4-0.

Providence Classical Christian will square off against Faith Christian Academy at 7:30 p.m. on January 31st. As for Milledgeville Athletic Club, they won't have much time to rest: their next match is against Augusta E at 3:00 p.m. on Saturday. The timing is sure in Milledgeville Athletic Club's favor as the squad sits on three straight wins at home while Augusta E has been banged up by four consecutive losses on the road.
