Softball Recap: Brennan Bears vs. Laredo LBJ Wolves

Natalie Gonzales tossed a big game, striking out eight batters over 4.2 innings while giving up just two earned runs off five hits. She has been nothing but reliable on the mound: she hasn't given up more than two walks in five consecutive pitching appearances.

At the plate, the team relied heavily on Dayanara Moreno, who went 3-for-4 with a triple, two RBI, and a run.

On Laredo LBJ's side, they saw four different players step up and record at least one hit. One of them was Adamaris Ramirez, who went 1-for-3 with a stolen base and two RBI.
