Basketball Recap: South Pointe Comes Up Short

South Pointe saw some tournament action on Thursday. They took a 60-47 hit to the loss column at the hands of the Second Baptist Eagles. The Stallions have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back games.

South Pointe now has a losing record of 1-2. As for Second Baptist, the victory keeps them at an undefeated 6-0.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. South Pointe is headed away from home for the first time to challenge Northwestern at 7:45 p.m. on Tuesday. As for Second Baptist, they won't have much time to rest: their next matchup is against Washington at 7:15 p.m. on Friday.
