With a playoff win on the line, Priory rose to the challenge on Tuesday. They came out on top against the Washington Eagles by a score of 64-53. Winning may never get old, but the Panthers sure are getting used to it with their fifth in a row.

Leading Priory to victory were Teddy Xanthopoulos and Mate Palotai. Xanthopoulos posted 16 points, while Palotai put up 15 points. Another player making a difference was Jai Gerrodette, who earned eight points.

Despite the loss, Washington still got an impressive performance from Kaleo Chin, who shot 50% from the field on his way to 19 points. That's the most points Chin has posted since back in January. The team also got some help courtesy of Korey Abantao, who scored 11 points and five assists.

Priory's victory was their fourth straight at home, which pushed their record up to 22-6. As for Washington, their defeat dropped their record down to 21-11.

Coming up, Priory will welcome Natomas at 7:00 p.m. on Thursday. One thing working in Natomas' favor is that they have posted at least 55 points in their last six matchups. Washington does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
