Volleyball Recap: St. Francis Borgia Takes a Loss

St. Francis Borgia lost against Ozark back in October of 2023 and unfortunately they wound up with the same result on Friday. The Knights fell just short of the Tigers by a score of 2-1. The Knights have now taken an 'L' in back-to-back matches.

In a back-and-forth that saw neither team win consecutive sets, St. Francis Borgia sadly dropped the once that decided the match. The match finished with set scores of 25-15, 22-25, 25-15.

St. Francis Borgia's defeat dropped their record down to 14-9-2. As for Ozark, they pushed their record up to 27-0 with the victory, which was their 14th straight at home dating back to last season.

St. Francis Borgia has already played their next matchup, a 2-1 loss against Fayetteville on the 11th. As for Ozark, they also didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next match, a 2-0 win against Park Hill South on the 11th.
