Softball Recap: Tyngsborough's Loss Ends 13-Game Winning Streak on the Road

Tyngsborough faced Bedford in a battle between two of the state's top teams on Friday. The Tigers fell 4-0 to the Buccaneers. Unfortunately, that's the second time they've come up short against the Buccaneers this season, as they also lost their prior matchup 7-0 last Tuesday.

Tyngsborough's loss ended a 13-game streak of away wins dating back to last season and brought them to 15-4-1. As for Bedford, the win (which was their eighth in a row) raised their record to 10-1.

Looking ahead, Tyngsborough will face off against Littleton at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday. Bedford does not have any more games scheduled as of now.
