Maroa-Forsyth came tearing into Saturday's game with four straight wins , and they left with even more momentum. They walked away with a 2-0 win over the Argenta-Oreana Bombers. That's more bragging rights for the Trojans, who also won the pair's last head-to-head.

Morgan Woolum paced Maroa-Forsyth's offense, picking up nine kills. Woolum got some help from Jacy Ravenscraft and her 20 assists.

Maroa-Forsyth's victory bumped their record up to 9-6. As for Argenta-Oreana, they are on a five-game losing streak that has dropped them down to 6-9.

Maroa-Forsyth didn't take long to hit the court again: they've already played their next contest, a 2-1 win against St. Thomas More on the 13th. As for Argenta-Oreana, they have also already played their next matchup, a 2-0 loss against Heyworth on the 15th.
