Soccer Recap: Holt Takes a Loss

Holt was not able to break out of their rough patch on Thursday as the team picked up their third straight loss. They were a single goal away from ending the streak, but they lost a 2-1 heartbreaker at the hands of the St. Charles West Warriors. Holt were given a dose of their own medicine in this game as St. Charles West apparently hadn't forgotten their defeat the last time these teams played back in September of 2024.

Holt's loss dropped their record down to 1-4. As for St. Charles West, the win got them back to even at 3-3.

Both squads will have to hit the road in their upcoming games. Holt will challenge Winfield at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday. As for St. Charles West, they will head out to take on St. Charles at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday.
