Noblesville had to kick off their season on the road on Friday, but they showed no ill effects. They enjoyed a cozy 21-6 win over the Mt. Vernon Marauders. The Millers haven't had any issues with the Marauders recently, as the game was their fifth consecutive victory against them.

Both squads are looking forward to the support of their home crowds in their upcoming games. Noblesville will be defending their home field for the first time this season when they go up against Homestead at 7:30 p.m. on Friday. As for Mt. Vernon, they will host Franklin Community at 7:00 p.m. on Friday.
