Huron hasn't had much luck against Riverview recently, but that could start to change on Thursday. The Huron Chiefs will head out to challenge the Riverview Pirates at 7:00 p.m. Huron is currently enjoying a perfect season and no doubt wants to keep things rolling.

Last Tuesday, Huron strolled past Roosevelt with points to spare, taking the game 51-34. Given the Chiefs' advantage in MaxPreps' Michigan basketball rankings (they are ranked 18th, while the Bears are ranked 183rd), the result wasn't entirely unexpected.

Meanwhile, after a string of three wins, Riverview's good fortune finally ran out back in December of 2024. They were just a bucket shy of victory and fell 31-30 to Saline. The contest marked the Pirates' lowest-scoring matchup so far this season.
