Hartford (Mich.) 41-29 while riding the arm of
Jake Cowsert, who tossed five touchdown passes.
After taking the lead on a touchdown pass by Cowsert to
Travis Bolin in the first quarter, the Panthers led 28-9 at the half.
Watervliet saw its 19-point halftime lead fall to 12 entering the fourth.

WHS also won the meeting between the two teams last season, 28-14.
