Valor Christian lost despite a true team effort on offense. The best among them was Cash Spence, who picked up 104 receiving yards and one touchdown. Chase Hanosh handled things on the ground, rushing for 91 yards.

Even if they lost, Valor Christian's defensive line still kept up the pressure with three sacks. The team can thank two different players for their defensive prowess: Jaxson Sanders and Grant Cook, who each picked up one sack apiece.
